Request an RMA

Log into your account or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our facility.

Pack Your Equipment

Carefully pack the telescope or accessory in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and protective foam to prevent damage during transit.

Label and Ship

Affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box and clearly write your RMA number on the package to ensure timely processing by our receiving department.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the condition of the optical equipment, we will process your refund or exchange to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
