Sharpstar 61EDPH II f/5.5 Triplet APO Refractor Telescope

Designed for a better astrophotography experience than its doublet predecessor, the Sharpstar 61EDPH II apochromatic triplet is improved in a few key areas. Bringing in an improved ED element to the multi-coated glass and paired with a focal length of 335mm and focal ratio of f/5.5, this telescope provides fast light-gathering capabilities across large sections of the night sky.

Rounding out the usability of this OTA are the attached accessories including tube rings, carrying handle, finderscope bracket, built-in dew shield, 10cm V-style dovetail plate, and a rotating 2.5-inch rack and pinion focuser. 

• 61mm aperture makes this excellent for wide-field imaging.
• Moderately fast light-gathering ability with a focal ratio of f/5.5, or f/4.5 with additional reducer/flattener.
• Internally blackened tube to help maximize image contrast.
