The Celestron Advanced VX 12lb Counterweight was designed specifically for use with the Celestron Advanced VX Series Equatorial Mounts or Advanced CG-5 GT series Mounts and allows for greater stability when using a heavier optical tube and accessories. The anodized counterweight is held in place on the mount's 0.75-inch diameter counterweight bar by a hand-tightened knob.Celestron Product Number: 94286
