Baader 36mm Hyperion Aspheric Eyepiece - 1.25" & 2"

Baader has taken wide field eyepieces to a new level with the Hyperion 36mm Aspheric Eyepiece, bending their considerable technical expertise towards the creation of a refined and effective wide field eyepiece. The aspheric surfaces used within these exemplary new eyepieces utterly eliminate eyepiece aberrations in a much cleaner and more efficient way than was previously possible, bypassing such pitfalls as extra lens elements, excessive size, and weight, or higher cost.

Baader's Hyperion Aspheric eyepieces have been designed with projection imaging optimization in mind and were created to be compatible with all Hyperion Digital T-Rings. This means that the Hyperion Aspheric Eyepiece can be attached to an incredibly wide array of cameras as well as telescopes. The design makes very efficient use of 2"X24tpi SCT threads with the 2" barrel. This feature allows these splendid eyepieces to attach directly onto the rear cell of most SCT's for maximum imaging rigidity.
