ADM Losmandy D-Series Style 11-Inch Universal Dovetail Plate:

The ADM 11-Inch Universal Dovetail Plate for Losmandy style saddle plates was designed to fit G-11, Celestron CI700 mounts. 11-inch long with one 4.5-inch long slot for 0.25-inch/x20 socket head cap screw or 0.25-inch/x20 button head cap screw. 

Holes are 2-inch apart to accommodate Parallax and other style rings. One safety stop included.
